Job Description:

To assist the Operations Production Manager in all aspects of Fabrication of Aluminium Doors, Windows and Curtain Wall in line with the departmental production schedule.

• Fabrication, inclusive of hanging, beading, gasketing, of Aluminium Frames, i.e. Doors, Windows, Curtain Wall.
• To ensure the manufacturing schedule is achieved as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to meet targets and deadlines.Use of various machinery i.e. Punch Tools, Mitre Saw, Copy Router, Pillar Drill.
• To ensure all Internal Maintenance is performed daily and reporting all Maintenance issues to Line Manager.
• Provide QC Inspections on Deliveries and 'Work in Progress'.
• You should possess a high degree of product knowledge in a variety of Aluminium Systems, predominantly, Technal, Metal Tech and Schueco.
• Be able to prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively.
• Be energetic and enthusiastic, proactively offering proposals.
• Transmit information in a clear, concise and confident manner.
• Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.

Job Description

Person will responsible to carryout the works pertains to Production department and drive the smoothly, also responsible to meet the production targets, continuous improvement in reduction of rejection.

• Analyzes potential production problems (delays, material shortages, equipment repairs, etc.) and devises and implements procedures to minimize lost time due to these occurrences.
• Interacts with engineers to modify machines, equipment and/or processes to improve safety, production and overall quality; provides liaison support between plant and engineering to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
• Manages costs and budgets and provides corrective actions plans to improve budgetary control.
• Maintaining the discipline and monitoring of the department allotted area as per 5S Methodology.
• Should be able to delegate department workload effectively and monitor its progress towards completion.
• Monitoring and controlling of all the safety gears.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, procedures and production/quality standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and motivate a diverse group of employees.
• Graduate / Technical qualification must required.
• Well experience on problem solving and Root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced production environment, often under time constraints.
